摘要

秦伯未先生认为肝硬化总属本虚标实之证，结合其病理演变过程，总结“虚、郁、瘀、水”为其核心要素，四者在病程中互为因果，各有侧重。其中，“虚”为本，故治疗以“扶正”为基础并贯穿始终；“郁”为要，治以“疏肝和络”；“瘀”为枢，辨其轻重予以“和络消癥”；“水”为标，治以“利尿泻水”为主。
