摘要

高尿酸血症（HUA）是常见的代谢性疾病，血尿酸升高也是诱发勃起功能障碍（ED）的重要危险因素之一。HUA与ED“共病”以脾肾亏虚为基础，以痰浊瘀血阻滞为核心病机，中医治疗多以扶正祛邪作为根本大法，予补肾、健脾、活血、化浊等法，可达到邪去正安的效果。
