摘要

李国勤教授在咳喘病的治疗中非常重视“痰、瘀”的致病作用，并善于以对药调理气机，使娇肺恢复正常的宣发肃降。文章系统总结李国勤教授在治疗咳喘疾患中的常用对药，详细叙述了生黄芪-代赭石-旋覆花、五味子-细辛、莱菔子-炒芥子、蜜紫菀-款冬花-炙百部、芡实-炒扁豆、三棱-莪术、泽兰-泽泻-商陆、淫羊藿-巴戟天、金荞麦-鱼腥草、地龙-僵蚕等十余组临床常用对药，并阐述了其临床应用经验。
