摘要

乳腺结节是目前女性最常见和多发的乳腺疾病之一，国医大师薛伯寿教授在长期的临床实践中认为，情志不畅是导致乳腺结节产生的重要因素之一，其发生和发展与脾、肝、肾三脏密切相关，提出乳腺结节的发生发展“源在脾，枢在肝，本在肾”；在临证辨治方面，提出了“以通为健、三脏为重、以法治病、以小治大、以情解结”的治疗原则，并形成了独特的学术思想，在临床上取得了较好的治疗效果。
