摘要

系统性红斑狼疮症状复杂多变，易反复发作，临床治疗难度大。陈湘君教授发现系统性红斑狼疮的疾病特点同伏邪致病的特点相似，认为正气不足，伏邪存内是起病关键，正虚伏邪交争贯穿始终；治疗时采用扶正法，依据病情缓急，急性期养阴清解以防伏邪传变，缓解期养阴益气、健脾补肾以托伏邪外出，治病求本，用药轻灵，能有效降低疾病活动度，提高患者生活质量。
