摘要

胃食管反流病（GERD）属中医学“食管瘅”“吞酸”等范畴，其核心病机为津亏致使胃燥失润。“甘守津还”理论源于叶天士的《温热论》，强调甘味药在补气行气、温阳滋阴、生津润燥中的作用，甘味药治疗GERD可补气行气以输布津液、滋阴养血以生津补液、温煦阳气以化生津液等，其治疗GERD的机制包括抑制幽门螺杆菌、调节反流物、促进胃肠动力，为GERD的临床治疗提供了新思路。
