摘要

冲脉为五脏六腑之海，十二经脉之海，其循行所过覆盖范围广泛，对脏腑经络的气血起到蓄藏、调摄的作用。冲脉的动力源于肾间动气，冲脉为病，逆气里急。若下焦失于封藏，冲气上逆引起人体气血分布呈现“上盛下虚”的状态。高血压临床表现多有头晕、头痛、腿软、踩棉感等“上盛下虚”的表现，与冲气上逆引起气血分布不均的表现有相似之处。因此，高血压诊治亦可从冲脉入手，引冲脉之气血下行，调整人体上盛下虚的状态，恢复人体气血的正常运行，则其病当愈。
