摘要

目的

观察刃针联合隔姜灸治疗膝骨关节炎（KOA）的临床疗效。

方法

选择2020年1月—2022年10月本院收治的60例KOA患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各30例。对照组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊+塞来昔布胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加刃针联合隔姜灸治疗。对比2组治疗前后西安大略麦克马斯特骨关节炎指数（WOMAC）、血液流变学、视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分、血清炎症因子［白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）］。

结果

治疗后，2组各项WOMAC评分均比治疗前降低（

0.05），观察组各项WOMAC评分均低于对照组（

0.05）；2组血液流变学各项指标均较治疗前降低（

0.05），观察组血液流变学各项指标均低于对照组（

0.05）；2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低（

0.05），观察组VAS评分低于对照组（

0.05）；2组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平均较治疗前降低（

0.05），观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平低于对照组（

0.05）。

结论

刃针联合隔姜灸能改善KOA患者的膝关节功能及血液流变学状态，缓解患者疼痛，减轻炎症反应。
