摘要

杨燕教授临证治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎，常以“亢害承制”理论为基础，认为本病以脾肾气虚不固，脉道失约，承制不及为发病之本；以湿热瘀毒胶结，脉络受损，亢而为害为发病之标。其倡导“健脾补肾、收涩精微、承而制之”与“祛湿清热、化瘀通络、平其亢害”为基本治则，通过自拟“癜肾康汤”化裁施治，屡获佳效。
