摘要

食管反流病（GERD）是慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）重要的并存病，可增加COPD急性加重的风险，使病情迁延难愈。“一气周流”理论强调脏腑气机不畅乃疾病发生的根本原因，基于“一气周流”理论认为COPD合并GERD发生的根本在于中气亏虚致肺胃气乱，可兼有肝郁、肾虚；临床治疗以培土生金，恢复气机通畅为核心，并根据气机运转的动态变化，采用疏肝、补肾等治法，多脏同调，以恢复一身之气通畅，使脏腑安和，邪不可干。
