摘要

目的

观察应用中医护理技术方案干预肺癌咳嗽的效果及可行性。

方法

选取2023年7月—2024年1月在中国中医科学院广安门医院、北京中医药大学东直门医院、中国中医科学院广安门医院南区肿瘤科住院的肺癌咳嗽患者200例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组、对照组各100例。对照组根据2013版《肺癌中医护理方案》中咳嗽症状中医护理技术干预方案进行干预，观察组将咳嗽分为6种常见证型，分别给予“辨证施术”原则下的肺癌咳嗽症状中医护理技术方案，2组均连续干预7 d。对比2组咳嗽症状疗效，干预前后2组视觉模拟评分（VAS）、咳嗽症状积分，患者满意度、安全性。

结果

观察组咳嗽症状改善总有效率高于对照组（

0.05）。干预后，2组VAS评分均较干预前降低（

0.05）。干预期间，2组均未发生不良事件。

结论

“辨证施术”原则下的肺癌咳嗽症状中医护理技术方案干预效果较好、安全可靠，可行性高。
