摘要

目的

探讨肿瘤患者贝伐珠单抗治疗相关心血管事件发生的影响因素及与血瘀证的关系。

方法

选择2021年8月1日—2022年12月31日就诊于中日友好医院中西医结合肿瘤内科、并应用贝伐珠单抗治疗的肿瘤患者。参照常见不良事件评价标准、血瘀证量化计分表、美国国家癌症综合网络指南，对患者心血管事件、血瘀证程度、临床症状等进行分析。

结果

本研究共纳入有效数据55例，高血压、动脉血栓栓塞的发生率分别为20.00%、3.64%，未观测到静脉血栓栓塞、心力衰竭事件。贝伐珠单抗治疗1、3、6周期后，患者血瘀证量化计分及总分均较基线升高（

0.05），且峰值多出现在3~6周期（80%）。贝伐珠单抗相关心血管事件和血瘀证有一定相关性。

结论

贝伐珠单抗长期应用所致的心血管事件发生时间与血瘀证变化趋势相关，临床或可将血瘀证程度作为心血管事件的预警信号。
