摘要

目的

评价中医及中西医结合更年期综合征（menopausal syndrome，MS）指南方法学质量，为指南制订及临床实践提供参考。

方法

检索国内外2019年1月—2024年11月发布的MS指南，比较中医、中西医结合及西医指南间推荐意见的异同，采用指南研究和评价工具Ⅱ（AGREE Ⅱ）评价中医与中西医结合指南方法学质量。

结果

共纳入14部指南，其中5部中医及中西医结合指南中，B级4部，C级1部，均由学会制订，4部采用了循证医学方法，2部提供注册信息，2部指南的专家组成员明确包括循证和护理学专家。基于证据的强推荐意见包括19种中成药、中药汤剂及3种中医非药物疗法。国外8部西医指南均未推荐中药，6部西医指南提及针灸及传统功法，但推荐意见不一。中西医结合指南中推荐13种激素类药物，未提及非激素治疗及补充替代疗法。

结论

基于AGREE Ⅱ发现中医及中西医结合指南方法学缺陷主要体现在指南制订的严谨性与应用性领域，另外存在MS临床研究证据不足、方法不严谨等问题。
