摘要

原发性高血压发病与微循环系统密切相关，其与中医络脉-玄府在结构与功能上极具相似性。络脉-玄府可分为络脉表面之玄府与络脉腔隙之玄府，络脉表面之玄府与外周阻力密切相关，络脉腔隙之玄府主要参与循环血量的调节，与血压的调节密切相关。原发性高血压早期病在表面之玄府，络脉收缩异常；中期病在腔隙之玄府，循环血量增多；后期病在络脉总玄府，物质交换障碍是原发性高血压病的核心病机演变规律。在治法上，提出早期重审因，妙用开、固、通、和四法；中期重通玄，先开而后固；后期重和玄，调三焦气化的高血压病分期治疗法则，为原发性高血压病的全周期治疗提供了新思路。
