摘要

风池、翳风二穴，皆主治面瘫。风池祛风解表、扶助阳气、理气活血；翳风祛风散邪、启闭通阳、活血化瘀。两穴同处颈项部，居气血运行要道，联用可疏散风寒之邪、清头面之客风，疏颈项之络阻、改善头面部气血；两穴均属少阳，为气机调节关键，联用能疏解少阳之邪，解少阳之郁滞，利少阳之枢机，调畅头面部气机，协同发挥“扶阳祛邪”之效。此外，从现代医学角度，针刺两穴可直达病灶，减轻面神经水肿及炎症反应，发挥“祛邪”之功；同时能改善面部血液循环、增强机体免疫功能，彰显“扶阳”之用。风池、翳风在周围性面瘫的治疗中具有重要作用，因此临证可选择风池、翳风，并结合病期、病势灵活运用。
