摘要

克罗恩病属于炎症性肠病的一种，迁延难愈，并发症较多，中医药治疗有一定优势。态靶理论是由仝小林院士提出的中西医汇通诊疗模式。以中医外科阴疽为切入点，以态靶理论为框架，根据克罗恩病临床症状及肠镜、病理所见的征象，临床治疗时应把握本病以虚、瘀为主的核心病态，确立温补脾肾、化瘀通络的治疗原则。根据病靶、症靶、标靶的特点精准用药打靶，实现克罗恩病宏观调态与微观打靶、中医内治与中医外治的有机结合，以促进态靶理论在克罗恩病诊疗中的应用。
