摘要

难治性糖尿病足溃疡（DFU）是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一，有高截肢率、高病死率风险。难治性DFU属中医学“脱疽”“筋疽”范畴，表现为足部疮疡溃烂，甚则肉腐干血，筋烂骨伤，最后脏腑衰败而亡。难治性DFU的病机为化源伤损，气津失化；阴火下流，消烁营分；干血化毒，闭伏筋络。治疗当清养化源、行气运津，清气泻火、凉营和血，逐瘀生新、托邪涤脉。

Abstract

Refractory diabetic foot ulcers（DFU） represent one of the most prevalent chronic complications of diabetes mellitus.DFU patients face high risks of limb amputation and mortality. Traditional Chinese medicine categorizes DFU under by foot ulceration with progressive tissue necrosis. Pathological manifestations include muscle putrefaction， blood desiccation， tendon-bone destruction， and eventual visceral decay leading to death.The pathogenesis of refractory DFU involves chemical damage and a deficiency of
