摘要

季节性变应性鼻炎以反复鼻痒、鼻塞、喷嚏、鼻流清涕为主症，属中医学“鼻鼽”范畴。钱丽旗教授以“燥毒”理论为指导，认为“燥邪”伤津，津少生痒、不荣鼻目，与鼻鼽的鼻目干痒症状相符；“毒邪”致病症重而相似，与变应性鼻炎症状相似、反复发作、持续加重相符。其以“燥毒”分析季节性变应性鼻炎的病因、病机及辨证论治，提出驱毒润燥、补益气阴、分期论治的治疗原则，对控制鼻鼽症状、缓解复发效果明显。

Abstract

Seasonal allergic rhinitis is one of the common and refractory diseases that trouble people's lives. Its main symptoms include repeated nasal itching， nasal congestion， sneezing， and clear nasal discharge， which belong to the category of "

Biqiu

" in traditional Chinese medicine. Guided by the "dryness-pathogenic toxin" theory， Professor QIAN Liqi has achieved remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis. Professor QIAN believes that the "dryness-pathogenic toxin" has the properties of causing itching due to insufficient body fluid and failing to nourish the nose and eyes， which is consistent with the symptoms of dryness and itching of th

e nose and eyes in

Biqiu

. The "pathogenic toxin" causes severe symptoms and recurrence， which aligns with the similar symptoms， repeated attacks， and continuous aggravation of allergic rhinitis. Analyzing the etiology， pathogenesis， syndrome differentiation， and treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis based on the "dryness-pathogenic toxin" theory and applying it in clinical practice can effectively control the symptoms and relieve recurrence.
