摘要

银屑病是临床常见的一种慢性难治性皮肤病，燕京赵氏流派医家临证“从毒论治”银屑病，提出“毒”的理论内涵为病邪聚集、聚集性病理产物及聚集性病理状态三个层面，并从宏观和微观层面分别阐释了“从毒论治”理论；银屑病的临床辨证以皮损局部辨证与整体辨证结合，将其分为热毒、湿毒、瘀毒、风毒四型，以凉血解毒汤、养血解毒汤、活血解毒汤为代表方剂，并根据证型应用清热解毒、除湿解毒、疏风解毒、解毒通络四类药物。通过将传统辨证与现代机制研究相融合，可以为银屑病的中医诊疗提供新的思路。

Abstract

Psoriasis is a chronic and refractory dermatosis. In clinical practice， medical practitioners of "ZHAO's School in

Yanjing

" treat psoriasis based on the "toxin-targeting therapy" approach. It proposes that the theoretical connotation of "

" encompasses three dimensions： the aggregation of pathogenic factors， aggregated pathological products， and aggregated pathological states， which are interpreted through both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives. Clinical syndrome differentiation combines local lesion assessment with holistic evaluation， categorizing psoriasis into four types： heat-toxin， dampness-toxin， stasis-toxin， and wind-toxin. Liangxue Jiedu Decoction

Yangxue Jiedu Decoction

， and

Huoxue Jiedu Decoction

， with therapeutic emphasis on four categories of herbs including heat-clearing and detoxifying， dampness-resolving and detoxifying， wind-dispersing and detoxifying， and detoxification-collateral activating agents. By integrating traditional syndrome differentiation with modern mechanistic research， this approach provides novel insights for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis in traditional Chinese medicine.
