摘要

单角子宫属于子宫发育不良，是先天性子宫畸形分类中的一种，在所有子宫畸形类型中发生率占比为2.5%~13.2%，是妇科疑难病症，属中医学“五迟”“五不女”“不孕”等范畴。本文通过分析中国中医科学院西苑医院妇科门诊1例单角子宫患者助孕诊治过程，总结中医辅助单角子宫体外胚胎移植的诊治策略，以期为临床中医辅助生殖提供思路，增加患者的受孕机会。

Abstract

Unicornuate uterus belongs to uterine dysplasia and is a type of congenital uterine malformation， accounting for 2.5% to 13.2% of all types of uterine malformations. It is a difficult gynecological disease . As well as the category of retrospectively analyzing the diagnosis and treatment process of assisted pregnancy in a patient with a unicornuate uterus in the gynecological clinic of Xiyuan Hospital， China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences， and reviewing relevant literature， this paper aims to understand and grasp the diagnosis and treatment strategies of TCM-assisted unicornuate uterus in vitro embryo transfer， providing ideas for clinical TCM-assisted reproduction to increase the chances of conception for patients.
