摘要

桡神经为臂丛神经分支，桡神经损伤为临床中常见上肢神经损伤之一。本案患者因搬重物后突发右上肢疼痛及活动不利前来就医，症状进展明显，西医诊断为桡神经损伤，中医诊断为痿证（痰瘀阻络证）。应用国医大师贺普仁教授特色火针点刺前臂外侧肌间隔（经验阿是穴）进行治疗，疗效显著。

Abstract

The radial nerve is a branch of the brachial plexus. Radial nerve injury is one of the common upper limb nerve injuries in clinical practice. In this case， the patient came to see a doctor because of sudden right upper limb pain and poor activity after lifting heavy objects

， and the symptoms progressed significantly. Western medicine diagnosed him with a radial nerve injury， while Chinese medicine diagnosed him with potence syndrome （phlegm and blood stasis syndrome）. We used the fire needle of TCM Master HE Puren， to prick the lateral antebranchial intermuscular septum of the experiential

Ah Shi Point

mainly to treat it， and the effect was remarkable.
