摘要

乳腺炎是女性常见的乳腺疾病，近年来发病率持续上升，严重影响患者生活质量，现有治疗在规范性与长期疗效方面仍存在不足。中医药在乳腺炎诊治中展现出整体调节、辨病辨证与多靶点协同的优势，逐步建立“病-证-期”相结合的干预体系。近年来的相关研究持续推进了中医药治疗的标准化、机制化进程。未来需进一步整合中医理论体系与现代循证成果，推动高质量中医药干预路径的构建。

Abstract

Mastitis is a common breast disease in women， with a continuously rising incidence in recent years， seriously affecting quality of life. Current treatments still have shortcomings in terms of standardization and long-term efficacy. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has demonstrated advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of mastitis through holistic regulation， disease and syndrome differentiation， and multi-target coordination， gradually establishing an intervention system integrating "disease-syndrome-stage". Recent studies have continuously advanced the standardization and mechanistic understanding of TCM treatment. In response to clinical needs and research progress on mastitis， further integration of TCM theoretical systems with modern evidence-based findings is necessary to promote the development of high-quality TCM intervention approaches.
