摘要

郭维琴教授对迟脉证的诊疗具有独特的认识和丰富的临床经验，其基于“五脏相通”理论认为，迟脉证的病因病机与五脏均相关，可总结为“肝滞气乏、脾虚力弱、心瘀脉阻、百脉困阻、既济失调”；在治疗时，提出以“疏肝条达”“健脾增运”“养心祛瘀”“宣肺利脉”“温肾填精”为法的治疗思路，效果明显。

Abstract

Professor GUO Weiqin， based on the theory of the "interconnection of the five

zang

organs"， has unique insights and rich clinical experience in diagnosing and treating slow pulse syndrome. She believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of slow pulse syndrome are related to all five

zang

organs and can be summarized as "liver stagnation and

deficiency， spleen weakness and diminished strength， heart blood stasis and pulse obstruction， widespread pulse blockage， and coordination imbalance". In treatment， she proposes the treatment principles of "soothingliver and promoting smooth flow"，"strengthening spleen function"，"nourishing heart and removing blood stasis""ventilating lung and benefiting pulses"， and "warming kidney

and filling essence”， achieving remarkable result.
