摘要

相火病涉及发热、哮喘、失眠、遗精等常见病，齐文升教授治疗急性传染病引起的发热、耐药菌感染等疾病时，注重从“相火”辨析，并在治法上独创“三维法”。一维审脾胃，脾胃气虚治以补土伏火法；二维察真阴，肝肾阴虚治以滋阴降火法；三维探虚阳，肾阳虚衰治以补气扶阳法。此外，针对相火病中的两种常见典型兼夹证，清阳不升和虚阳上亢证，齐文升教授提出了相应的兼治法。

Abstract

Ministerial fire disease involves common conditions such as fever， asthma， insomnia， and seminal emission. In treating acute infectious diseases causing fever and drug-resistant infections， Professor QI Wensheng focuses on differentiating "ministerial fire" and has innovated the "three-dimensional method"in treatment. The first dimension assesses the spleen and stomach， treating spleen-stomach

deficiency with the method of tonifying earth to suppress fire； the second dimension examines true

yin

， treating liver and kidney

yin

deficiency by nourishing

yin

and lowering fire； the third dimension probes deficient

yang

， treating kidney

yang

deficiency by tonifying qi and supporting yang. Additionally， for two common concurrent syndromes in ministerial fire disease， i.e.， failure of clear

yang

to ascend and hyperactive deficient yang， professor QI proposes corresponding combined treatment methods.
