摘要

反复种植失败（recurrent implantation failure，RIF）是指在多次尝试体外受精（in vitro fertilization，IVF）和胚胎移植之后，胚胎未能在子宫内着床的一类疾病。本文报道北京协和医院吴群励教授应用益肾疏肝法治疗6次IVF失败的不孕症患者，最终成功受孕、顺利生产2子的验案1则。

Abstract

Recurrent implantation failure （RIF） refers to a condition in which embryos fail to implant in the uterus after multiple attempts of in vitro fertilization （IVF） or embryo transfer （ET）. This article reports a case of a patient with infertility who experienced six IVF failures and was treated by professor WU Qunli from Peking Union Medical College Hospital using the method of nourishing the kidney and soothingthe liver， ultimately achieving successful conception and natural delivery of two children.
