摘要

目的

观察络风宁2号方对心力衰竭（CHF）合并利尿剂抵抗患者无创血流动力学参数的影响。

方法

选取2019年1月—2021年12月北京中医医院顺义医院收治的CHF合并利尿剂抵抗患者70例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为2组，各35例。对照组按西医常规治疗，观察组在此基础上口服络风宁2号方颗粒，2周为1个疗程。观察比较治疗前后患者血流动力学参数心率（HR）、心输出量（CO）、收缩压（SBP）、心脏指数（CI）、每搏输出量（SV）、每搏指数（SI）、速度指数（VI）、加速指数（ACI）、预射血期（PEP）、收缩时间比率（STR）。

结果

治疗后，观察组HR较治疗前减慢，CO、CI、SV、SI升高（

0.05），PEP、STR缩短（

0.05）；对照组HR较治疗前减慢，CO、SV升高（

0.05），STR缩短（

0.05）。治疗后，2组间HR、CO、CI、SV、SI、PEP、STR比较，差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

络风宁2号方能明显改善CHF合并利尿剂抵抗患者的血流动力学参数，效果优于单纯西药治疗。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the effect of

Luofengning

No. 2 on noninvasive hemodynamic parameters in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） and diuretic resistance.

Methods

Seventy patients with CHF and diuretic resistance admitted to Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to a random number table， with 35 patients in each group. The control group received conventional Western medical treatment， while the treatment group received

Luofengning

No. 2 granules in addition to conventional treatment， with 2 weeks as one treatment course. Hemodynamic parameters， including heart rate （HR）， cardiac output （CO）， systolic blood pressure （SBP）， cardiac index （CI）， stroke volume （SV）， stroke index （SI）， velocity index （VI）， accel

eration index （ACI）， pre-ejection period （PEP）， and systolic time ratio （STR）， were compared before and after treatment.

Results

After treatment， compared with control group，HR，PEP，STR in experimental group significantly decreased（

0.05），CO，CI， SV and SI were significantly improved（

0.05）；there was no significant difference in the SBP，VI and ACI between the two groups（

0.05）.

Conclusion

Luofengning

No. 2 can significantly improve hemodynamic parameters in patients with CHF and diuretic resistance， with superior effects compared to conventional Western treatment alone.
