摘要

针对龙珠软膏药品说明书中存在的不足及临床应用中的问题，由中西医皮肤科、外科、儿科的临床专家及方法学、药学专家等组成的专家团队遵循中华中医药学会中成药临床应用专家共识步骤制定本专家共识。本共识明确龙珠软膏的适应证，规范中西医病名及诊断标准，细化使用方法，完善使用疗程和联合用药，明确使用禁忌，补充特殊人群注意事项，以期为临床医务工作者应用该药提供参考，为该药物规范化使用提供依据。

Abstract

In response to the shortcomings in the drug manual of

Longzhu Ointment

and problems encountered in clinical application， an expert team composed of clinical and methodological experts， as well as pharmaceutical specialists from Chinese and Western dermatology， surgery， and pediatrics， formulated this expert consensus following the consensus procedures for clinical application of Chinese patent medicines established by the China Association of Chinese Medicine. This consensus clarifies th

e indications of

Longzhu Ointment

， standardizes the names and diagnostic criteria of diseases in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine， refines usage methods， improves the treatment course and combination therapy， specifies contraindications， and supplements precautions for special populations. It is intended to provide clinical practitioners and patients with a reference for the rational use of this drug and to establish a basis for its standardized application.
