摘要

夏季在烈日或高温环境下，因暑热侵袭，致邪热内郁，极易导致机体发生急性病变。通过系统梳理、分析国内外中医护理中暑的相关文献，经专家问卷函询、修订形成该方案。方案以“辨证施护、急缓有序”为核心，涵盖病情评估、常规护理及不同证型的个性化护理（结合中医外治、内调等方法）及中暑预防要点，旨在为护士提供预防与护理中暑患者的临床实践参考，有助于规范护理流程，提高患者预后和生存率。

Abstract

In summer， under scorching sun or high-temperature conditions， invasion of summer-heat often leads to internal accumulation of pathogenic heat， which can readily cause acute disorders. By systematically reviewing and analyzing relevant literature in China and abroad on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing for heatstroke， and through expert questionnaire consultation and subsequent revision， this protocol was developed. Centered on the principle of "syndrome differentiation-based nursing with prioritized management of urgency"， it encompasses condition assessment， routine care， and individualized nursing according to different syndromes （integrating TCM external therapies and internal regulation）， as well as key points for heatstroke prevention. The aim is to provide nurses with clinical practice guidance for preventing and nursing patients with heatstroke， thereby standardizing nursing procedures， improving patient prognosis， and enhancing survival rates.
