摘要

良性中央气道狭窄临床上多采取气管镜介入技术治疗，但单纯气管镜介入治疗相关并发症多，且易反复。王洪武教授基于窠囊理论，认为气虚气郁、痰瘀互结为本病基本的病因病机，治疗上用介入攻削窠囊，以补气调气、化痰散瘀为核心治法，将中医药整体治疗理念与气管镜介入技术有机结合，在疾病的不同阶段辨证施治可取得良好疗效。

Abstract

In clinical practice， benign central airway obstruction is often treated with bronchoscopy intervention. However， simple bronchoscopy intervention is prone to recurrence and is associated with numerous complications. Professor WANG Hongwu， based on the

Kenang

theory， considers

deficiency and qi depression， as well as phlegm and blood stasis in combination， to be the fundamental etiology and pathogenesis of this disease. The core treatment approach combines bronchoscopy intervention for

Kenang

with invigorating and regulating

， and resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis. By integrating the holistic treatment concepts of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） with bronchoscopy technology， precise syndrome differentiation and treatment at different disease stages can achieve favorable clinical outcomes.
