摘要

己椒苈黄丸出自《金匮要略》，古今医家对此方证论述较少，且对该方的病位、病证及加减法均存在争议。己椒苈黄丸方证病位在肠壁，病证为水饮夹气滞、血瘀和郁热，加用芒硝重在泄水，可用来治疗心力衰竭、肝硬化腹水、结核或癌性多浆膜腔积液、肠鸣等，其适应证包括以腹胀、肠鸣、大便性状改变为主的消化道疾病，以体循环淤血为主的肠道水肿，以水饮，夹气滞、夹血瘀和夹郁热为病机的各种疾病。

Jijiao Lihuang Pills

originate from the

Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber

. Ancient and modern medical experts have discussed this formula relatively little， with controversies particularly regarding disease location， syndrome differentiation， and modifications. The formula's disease location is in the intestinal wall， and its syndrome is characterized by water retention accompanied by

stagnation， blood stasis， and depressed heat. The addition of

Natrii Sulfas

emphasizes water elimination.

Jijiao Lihuang Pills

can be used to treat heart failure， liver cirrhosis with ascites， tuberculosis， or cancer-related multiple serosal effusions， as well as bowel sound disorders. Its indications include digestive tract diseases mainly characterized by abdominal distension， abnormal bowel sounds， and changes in stool characteristics； ascites primarily associated with systemic blood stasis； and various diseases in which water retention occurs alongside

stagnation， blood stasis， and depressed heat.
