摘要

报道1则温阳法治疗63岁晚期浸润性肺腺癌患者的全程。患者先后行埃克替尼、吉非替尼、安罗替尼、阿美替尼靶向治疗，因靶向治疗耐药，改为培美曲塞+顺铂+贝伐珠单抗方案治疗3周期，无法耐受。中医诊断为肺癌，阳虚水饮证，予温阳中药汤剂口服。药后患者不适症状改善，生活质量明显提高，病灶稳定或较前缩小。

Abstract

This report describes the full course of

yang

-warming therapy in a 63-year-old patient with advanced invasive lung adenocarcinoma. The patient initially received sequential targeted therapy with icotinib， gefitinib， anlotinib， and almonertinib. Due to drug resistance， treatment was switched to pemetrexed combined with cisplatin and bevacizumab for three cycles， which the patient could not tolerate. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） diagnosis identified

yang

deficiency with fluid retention syndrome. The patient received oral

yang

-warming herbal decoction. Following treatment， sympto

ms were alleviated， quality of life significantly improved， and the lesion was stabilized or reduced compared with baseline.
