摘要

王俊阁教授认为，变应性鼻炎病（中医学“鼻鼽”）为太阴病，以里胃亏虚为本，是表里合病，属太阴中风，可用桂枝汤类方养营解表，治里救表。以里病及表、营卫失和的发病机制为基础，可采用异病同治、同病异治原则，从太阴中风层面辨治鼻鼽患者，以法统方，效如桴鼓。

Professor WANG Junge believes that allergic rhinitis （nasal congestion in traditional Chinese medicine） is a

Taiyin Disease

， with its root in stomach deficiency. It is a combined exterior and interior condition， classified as

Taiyin Disease

with wind involvement. Guizhi Decoction and similar prescriptions can be used to nourish the yin and relieve the exterior， treating the interior while rescuing the exterior. Based on the pathogenesis of interior disease to the exterior and the disharmony of nutrient-defense， the principles of treating different diseases with the same method and treating the same disease with different methods can be applied. Patients with allergic rhinitis are diagnosed and treated from the

Taiyin Disease

with wind affection， with the method guiding the prescription， achieving remarkable results.
