摘要

强直性脊柱炎（AS）病程漫长，易致残致畸，预后差，至今尚缺乏可治愈的药物及方法，严重影响患者生活质量。荟萃分析表明中医药治疗AS疗效确切，已经被广泛应用于AS的诊疗实践。本文从AS中医病因病机、基本证候解析、中药疗效评价、中医外治法疗效评价及中医药疗效机制五方面进行介绍与述评，为AS中医药临床研究提供参考。

Abstract

Ankylosing spondylitis （AS） is a chronic disease with a long course， prone to disability and deformity， and with poor prognosis. At present， there is still a lack of curative drugs and methods， seriously affecting patients' quality of life. Meta-analyses indicate that traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has definite efficacy in treating AS and has been widely applied in clinical practice. This article introduces and reviews five aspects，

i.e.

， the etiology and pathogenesis of AS in TCM， analysis of basic syndromes， evaluation of the efficacy of Chinese medicine， evaluation of the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion， and the mechanisms underlying TCM efficacy， aiming to provide a reference for clinical research on TCM treatment of AS.
