摘要

目的

系统评估舒筋通络颗粒治疗颈椎病肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀证的临床价值。

方法

采用多准则决策分析模型，并结合中成药临床证据和价值评估软件（CSC v2.0）系统，从安全性、有效性、经济性、创新性、适宜性、可及性以及中医药特色等维度，对舒筋通络颗粒进行临床价值评估。

结果

安全性：国家药品不良反应监测平台显示，本品累计报告不良事件31例次，主要表现为轻度胃肠道不适及皮疹，未见严重不良反应，安全性证据充分。有效性：舒筋通络颗粒在治疗椎动脉型颈椎病方面，总有效率显著优于颈复康颗粒；在治疗神经根型颈椎病方面，上肢麻木症状消失率优于单纯非药物疗法。经济性：舒筋通络颗粒价格合理、患者支付负担较轻，经济性较好。创新性：舒筋通络颗粒在临床应用、企业服务体系及产业创新性方面的证据较充分。可及性：舒筋通络颗粒价格可负担，流通渠道畅通，患者获取便利，具备良好的可及性。中医药特色：舒筋通络颗粒以“川芎天麻丸”等古方为基础，临床人用经验丰富，兼具中医理论传承与现代证据支持，具有明确的中医药特色。综合“6+1”维度评估结果表明，舒筋通络颗粒在治疗颈椎病肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀证方面有较为充分的证据支撑，疗效明确。

结论

舒筋通络颗粒治疗颈椎病肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀证有良好的临床价值。

To systematically assess the clinical value of

in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with liver and kidney

Methods

A multi-criteria decision analysis （MCDA） model was employed， combined with the Clinical Evidenc

e and Value Assessment Software for Traditional Chinese Medicine （CSC v2.0） system. The clinical value of

Shujin Tongluo

Granules

was evaluated across dimensions including safety， efficacy， economy， innovation， suitability， accessibility， and TCM characteristics.

Results

Safety： Data from the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Platform indicated 31 reported adverse events associated with the product， primarily mild gastrointestinal discomfort and rashes， with no serious adverse reactions， indicating sufficient evidence for safety. Efficacy：

Shujin Tongluo

Granules

showed a significantly higher total effective rate for treating vertebral artery-type cervical spondylosis compared to

Jingfukang Granules

. In treating nerve root-type cervical spondylosis， the rate of upper limb numbness resolution was superior to non-pharmacological therapy alone.
