摘要

吕仁和教授结合长期临床实践，创造性地提出“六对论治”辨证思路，即对病论治、对病辨证论治、对病分期辨证论治、对症论治、对症辨证论治和对症辨病与辨证论治相结合。石膏被誉为“白虎”，是临床常用的药物之一，有微寒、大寒之用，尤其对消渴病患者，或辨证属肺胃热盛、胃肠结热证，或见口干渴、虚羸少气症状的患者有良好疗效，功能辛寒泻热，滋太阴以养少阴。吕仁和教授运用“六对论治”思想用石膏治疗糖尿病及其并发症、慢性肾脏病等，体现了中医“病-期-证-症”论治体系，丰富了临床辨证思路。

Abstract

Based on long-term clinical practice， Professor LYU Renhe creatively proposed the concept of the "six diagnosis and treatment principles"， namely treatment according to the disease， treatment and differentiation according to the disease， syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the disease stage， treatment according to the symptom， syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the symptom， and combination of syndrome and disease differentiation according to the symptom.

Gypsum Fibrosum

is a commonly used clinical drug， classified as slightly cold or highly cold. It is particularly effective for patients with diabetes， those with lung-stomach excessive heat， gastrointestinal heat syndrome， or symptoms of dry mouth， thirst， and

deficiency. Its functions include clearing heat with pungent and cold properties and nourishing the

Taiyin

to support the

Shaoyin

. Professor LYU applied the "six diagnosis and treatment principles" to treat diabetes and its complications， as well as chronic kidney disease using

Gypsum Fibrosum

， embodying the traditional Chinese medicine "disease-stage-syndrome-symptom" t
