摘要

难治性胃食管反流病病因病机复杂，迁延难愈。翟兴红教授提出“膈气不利”是本病的关键病机，并运用“透膈利气”的基本治法，辨病与辨证相结合，从痰瘀、胆热、肺气三个方面进一步分型论治，临床疗效显著，疾病复发率低。

Abstract

The etiology and pathogenesis of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease are complex， and the condition is prolonged and difficult to cure. Professor ZHAI Xinghong proposed that "diaphragmatic

dysfunction" is the key pathological mechanism and applied the basic treatment method of "penetrating the diaphragm and promoting

". By combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation， patients are further classified and treated according to phlegm and blood stasis， gallbladder heat， and lung

. The clinical efficacy is significant， and the recurrence rate is low.
