摘要

基于神经解剖学，结合传统医学的经筋理论，梳理周围性面瘫的病因、病机及病位之所在。结合经筋理论从面神经损伤平面、损伤颅外分支及损伤程度三个维度分析临床中相应的经筋刺法方案。首先论述不同精准病位下经筋刺法之同，即刺激所达部位宜浅及重视耳后茎乳孔处穴位的选取；其次根据经筋损伤范围、部位、程度之不同，详细展开论述相应经筋刺法方案之异同，以期为周围性面瘫提供行之有效的个性化针刺策略，提升针灸临床治疗周围性面瘫的有效率，并为深入探讨经筋与神经解剖学结构的具象化关联提供参考。

. This study aims to provide effective and personalized acupuncture strategies for peripheral facial paralysis， improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment， and offer a reference for further exploring the concrete correlation between
