摘要

腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）是由各种内因、外因及不内外因导致的腰椎前后阴阳失调、筋骨失衡，其善用中医手法治疗各类脊柱退行性病变。张兆杰教授在“谨察阴阳所在而调之，以平为期”“筋骨并重，筋柔骨正”的观点基础上，结合骨伤科临床及科研工作经验，总结出疏筋整复手法用于LDH的临床治疗，该法调和气血阴阳，改善筋出槽、骨错缝状态，以此减轻患者症状。该手法精准巧妙，适用人群广泛，能够在取得较好的临床疗效，具有起效快、预后良好、安全性高的特点。

Abstract

Professor ZHANG Zhaojie believes that lumbar disc herniation （LDH） is caused by various internal， external， and non-internal/external factors， leading to imbalance of

yin

and

yang

in the anterior and posterior lumbar vertebrae and dysfun

ction of the sinews and bones. He skillfully applies traditional Chinese manipulative therapy to treat various spinal degenerative diseases. Based on the principles of "observing and regulating

yin

and

yang

with the goal of achieving balance" and "emphasizing both sinews and bones， keeping sinews flexible and bones aligned"， and integrating his clinical and research experience in orthopedics and trauma， Prof. ZHANG developed the "sinew relaxing and reduction manipulation" technique for the clinical treatment of LDH. This method harmonizes

and blood， regulates

yin

and

yang

， and corrects tendon displacement and bone misalignment， thereby alleviating patient symptoms. The technique is precise and skillful， suitable for a wide range of patients， achieves favorable clinical efficacy without increasing patient discomfort， and is characterized by rapid onset， good prognosis， and high safety.
