摘要

陈彤云教授提出特应性皮炎发病与脾胃功能失调密切相关，属本虚标实，治疗时将特应性皮炎分为发作期和缓解期，发作期多辨为湿热蕴肤证、心肝火旺证，缓解期多辨为脾虚湿蕴证、血虚风燥证；治疗上，分别采用清热除湿汤、清心镇肝汤、除湿止痒汤合过敏煎、健脾润肤汤加减，以清热泻火、安神止痒，健脾利湿、养血润肤。

Abstract

Professor CHEN Tongyun proposed that the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis is closely related to dysfunction of the spleen and stomach and is characterized by root deficiency with superficial excess. For treatment， atopic dermatitis is divided into an attack stage and a remission stage. During the attack stage， the condition is mostly differentiated as dampness-heat accumulating in the skin syndrome and excessive fire of the heart and liver syndrome. During the remission stage， it is mainly differentiated as spleen deficiency with dampness accumulation syndrome and blood deficiency with wind-dryness syndrome. Accordingly，

Chushi Zhiyang Decoction

combined with

Guomin Decoction

Jianpi Runfu Decoction

with modifications are used to clear heat and drain fire， calm the mind and relieve itching， strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness， and nourish blood and moisten the skin， respectively.
