摘要

皮敏消胶囊是由21味中药组成的纯中药制剂，具有祛风除湿、清热解毒、凉血止痒功效，临床广泛将其应用于过敏性皮肤病（如荨麻疹）的治疗。然而，其适用人群、用药疗程等问题尚缺乏规范指导。本专家共识基于循证医学证据和临床经验，通过专家会议形成7条推荐意见和8条共识建议。共识明确了皮敏消胶囊适用于风热型、风热挟湿型急慢性荨麻疹，推荐联合西医常规治疗以增效减毒，并提出了具体的用法用量、疗程及安全性管理措施，为皮敏消胶囊临床用药提供了重要依据。

Abstract

Piminxiao Capsules

is a pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation composed of 21 Chinese herbal medicines. It has the effects of dispelling wind， eliminating dampness， clearing heat， detoxifying， cooling blood， and relieving itching. It is widely used clinically for the treatment of allergic skin diseases such as urticaria. However， standardized guidance on its applicable population， treatmen

t course， and other related issues is still lacking. This expert consensus is based on evidence-based medicine and clinical experience， forming recommendations and consensus statements through expert meetings， aiming to standardize the clinical application of

Piminxiao Capsules

in treating urticaria. The consensus clarifies that

Piminxiao Capsules

is suitable for acute and chronic urticaria of wind-heat type and wind-heat with dampness type. It recommends combined use with conventional Western medicine treatment to enhance efficacy and reduce toxicity， and proposes specific usage， dosage， treatment courses， and safety management measures. The consensus has formed 7 recommendations and 8 consensus statements， providing an important basis for the clinical use of
