摘要

国医大师陈彤云教授是燕京赵氏皮科流派的杰出传承人，临床治疗皮肤科疾病经验丰富，疗效突出。陈教授认为，儿童特应性皮炎的发病与儿童“肝常有余，脾常不足”的体质特点关系密切，因此常从肝、脾二脏辨治该病，强调用药平和，免伤脏腑元气，临床疗效显著。

Abstract

Professor CHEN Tongyun， a distinguished inheritor of the Yanjing ZHAO's School of Dermatology and a national TCM master， has extensive clinical experience in treating dermatological diseases with remarkable efficacy. Professor CHEN believes that the onset of atopic dermatitis in children is closely related to the physical characteristics of "liver excess and spleen deficiency". Therefore， she often treats the disease based on syndrome differentiation of the liver and spleen， emphasizing gentle medication use to avoid damaging the vital energy of the organs， achieving significant clinical efficacy.
