摘要

失眠是临床常见病、多发病，中医药治疗失眠具有显著优势。“六郁”皆可导致失眠，其病机以气郁为先，痰、湿、食、血、火郁相因为病，引发或加重脏腑阴阳气血失调，导致神机失常而失眠。治疗应以行气解郁贯穿全程，时时顾护中焦，辅以降火活血、养心安神。

Abstract

Insomnia is a common and frequently occurring clinical condition

and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has significant advantages in its treatment. All "six stagnations" can lead to insomnia

with

stagnation as the primary pathogenesis

accompanied by concomitant stagnation of phlegm

dampness

food

blood

and fire. These factors cause or aggravate the imbalance of

yin

yang

and blood in the

Zang-fu

organs

resulting in dysfunction of the mind-spirit mechanism and insomnia. Treatment should focus on promoting

and relieving stagnation throughout the entire process

with constant care for the middle energizer

supplemented by reducing fire

activating blood circulation

nourishing the heart

and calming the mind.
