摘要

男性不育症的病因病机复杂，涉及多脏腑、多经络以及气血津液阴阳等，单从“肾主生殖”辨证论治不能满足临床需要。《伤寒论》六经辨证是对外邪侵袭人体后的病位、病势、病性的高度概括，重视外邪不解、正气难安的生理、病理特点，对男性不育症的诊疗有指导意义。在六经辨证原则下辨清外邪所处状态至关重要，该原则可作为脏腑辨证等常规辨证思路的扩充。

Abstract

The etiology and pathogenesis of male infertility are complex， involving multiple organs， meridians， collaterals， and multidimensional factors such as

， blood， body fluids， and

yin-yang

. Syndrome differentiation and treatment based solely on “kidney governing reproduction” cannot meet clinical needs. The six-meridian syndrome differentiation in the

Treatise on Febrile Diseases

provides a concise framework for understanding the location， progression， and nature of disease following invasion by external pathogens. It emphasizes the physiological and pathological characteristics of unresolved external pathogens and weakened healthy

， offering important guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. Under this principle， clarifying the state of external pathogenic factors is crucial and can serve as an extension of conventional syndrome differentiation based on organ syndromes.
