摘要

目前恶性肿瘤的主要治疗方法为手术、化疗、放疗和靶向治疗等。中医理论认为肿瘤为毒邪积聚的产物，集聚的毒邪作为内毒会消耗正气，导致气血不足，心脉失于濡养；常用的药物和放射线属外毒袭内，治疗过程中常伴随不良反应（骨髓抑制、胃肠道刺激、免疫反应等），其中最严重的是心血管毒性，治疗上应以“扶正透毒”“攻毒散结”为主。

Abstract

The primary current treatments for malignant tumors include surgery， chemotherapy， radiotherapy， and targeted therapy. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） theory， tumors result from the accumulation of pathogenic toxins that consume healthy

， acting as internal toxins. This leads to a deficiency of

and blood， resulting in insufficient nourishment of the heart and vessels. Commonly used drugs and radiation function as external toxins invading the body， and the treatment process is often accompanied by adverse reactions such as bone marrow suppression， gastrointestinal irritation， and immune responses， with cardiovascular toxicity being the most severe. Therefore， treatment should primarily focus on "supporting healthy

and eliminating toxins" as well as "attacking toxins to resolve masses.
