摘要

气机升降主司精血津液化生输布，是脏腑器官功能运行的关键。“怫郁”是气枢机不利引起的一种郁热病理状态，可用来阐释糖尿病的发病机制。糖尿病起病隐匿，迁延难愈，从“怫郁”之态总结病机，多由气机不利，郁滞结聚，怫生火热，损伤精津，酿生浊毒，致使脏腑变病。升降散为“郁热之名方”，有开郁散热的功效，可透散怫热、开通怫路、遏制怫变。临床用升降散治疗糖尿病应审视病势、随证加减，复气之升降开阖、顺阴阳之平衡、清变化之浊毒，从而实现糖尿病的全程调理。

Abstract

The rise and fall of

governs the transformation and distribution of essence， blood， and body fluids， and is key to the proper functioning of the internal organs. "

depression" is a pathological state of stagnant heat caused by dysfunction of the

pivot， which can be used to explain the pathogenesis of diabetes. Diabetes mellitus has an insidious onset and is prolonged and difficult to cure. From the perspective of "

depression"， the pathogenesis is mostly characterized by impaired

circulation， stagnation and aggregation， generation of heat， damage to essence and fluids， and the formation of turbid toxins， leading to pathological changes in the internal organs.

Shengjiang Powder

， a classical formula for treating "stagnant heat"， has the effect of relieving depression and dispersing heat， which can disperse

depression heat， open the

pathways， and inhibit the pathological transformation of

depression. In clinical practice， the treatment of diabetes with

Shengjiang Powder

should carefully consider the disease condition， modify the formula according to the syndrome， restore the rise and fall of

， maintain the balance of

yin

and

yang

， and eliminate turbid toxins， thereby achieving comprehensive regulation of diabetes throughout the disease course.
