摘要

中医学对脾脏疾病病机的认识多侧重于脾气虚及脾阳虚，而对脾阴虚的论述较少。本文基于“味归形”理论探讨脾阴的物质基础，通过比较脾阳、胃阴与脾阴的异同，强调脾阴的物质属性与生理功能，以解释脾阴虚的病理特点及临床表现。治疗上，基于国医大师路志正教授对脾阴的阐述，结合“味归形”的理论，提出“阳中求阴”与“治五脏以调脾阴”的思路，通过徐缓用药以补养脾阴，为复杂脾系病证的治疗提供些许思路。

Abstract

In traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， discussions of the pathogenesis of spleen disorders have primarily focused on spleen

deficiency and spleen

yang

deficiency， whereas spleen

yin

deficiency has received relatively limited attention. Based on the theory of "flavor-organ correspondence"， this article explores the material basis of spleen

yin

. By comparing the similarities and differences among spleen

yang

， stomach

yin

， and spleen

yin

， it emphasizes the material attributes and physiological functions of spleen

yin

， thereby explaining the pathological characteristics and clinical manifestations of spleen

yin

deficiency. With respect to treatment， drawing on the exposition of spleen

yin

by Professor LU Zhizheng， a national TCM master， and guided by the theory of "flavor-organ correspondence"， this study proposes the therapeutic approaches of "seeking

yin

within

yang

" and "reg

ulating the five

Zang

organs to harmonize spleen

yin

". A slow and gentle medication strategy is advocated to nourish spleen

yin

， providing insights for the treatment of complex spleen-related disorders.
