摘要

本文报道1例以周围神经病变为首发症状的血液系统罕见病POEMS综合征，通过患者症状和临床检查指标，梳理总结患者的诊断过程，以“温补脾肾、强筋健骨”为治疗原则，采用真武汤联合独活寄生汤加减治疗，临床疗效显著，症状得到明显改善。

Abstract

This paper reports a case of the rare hematologic disorder POEMS syndrome， with peripheral neuropathy as the initial symptom. The patient's diagnostic process was summarized based on symptoms and clinical examination findings. Following the therapeutic principle of "warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney， and strengthening the sinews and bones"，

Zhenwu Decoction

combined with

Duhuo Jisheng Decoction

， with modifications as appropriate， was administered. The treatment achieved significant clinical efficacy， with marked improvement in the patient's symptoms.
