摘要

肺纤维化（PF）是一种慢性、进行性、不可逆的肺部疾病，其特征是肺组织结构的破坏和纤维化病灶的形成。近年来，缺氧诱导因子1α（HIF-1α）/Yes相关蛋白（YAP）信号通路在PF中的作用逐渐受到关注。研究发现，HIF-1α/YAP信号通路贯穿于PF发病的始终，该通路成为PF治疗的新靶点。PF属中医学“肺痿”“肺痹”等范畴，应用中药及其有效成分，可通过调控HIF-1α/YAP信号通路，降低炎症介质表达、调节氧化还原平衡、诱导肺成纤维细胞凋亡，从而阻断纤维化进程。常用的中药复方包括补肺活血胶囊、当归补血颗粒、桃红四物颗粒，中药单体包括丹参、黄芪，中药提取物包括秦皮苷、雷公藤甲素、苦参碱、姜黄素。

Abstract

Pulmonary fibrosis （PF） is a chronic， progressive， and irreversible lung disease characterized by destru

ction of lung tissue structure and the formation of fibrotic lesions. In recent years， the role of the hypoxia-inducible factor-1α （HIF-1α）/Yes-associated protein （YAP） signaling pathway in PF has attracted increasing attention. Studies have shown that the HIF-1α/YAP signaling pathway runs throughout the entire pathogenesis of PF and has become a novel therapeutic target for PF. In traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， PF falls within the categories of "lung atrophy" and "lung impediment". The application of Chinese herbal medicines and their active components can regulate the HIF-1α/YAP signaling pathway， reduce the expression of inflammatory mediators， modulate redox balance， and induce apoptosis of pulmonary fibroblasts， thereby inhibiting the progression of PF. Commonly used Chinese herbal formulas include
