摘要

随着我国初婚与妊娠年龄的不断上升，不孕症的发病率逐年升高。“下丘脑-垂体-卵巢”轴对女性的生殖功能起着重要的调控作用，与中医“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”轴相对应。头针-腹针疗法可协同作用于“下丘脑-垂体-卵巢”轴的上中下游，整体调节神经内分泌与生殖功能，可用于治疗排卵障碍、黄体功能不全及薄型子宫内膜等所致的不孕症。

Abstract

With the continuous increase in the age at first marriage and pregnancy in China， the incidence of infertility has been rising year by year. The hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian （HPO） axis plays an important regulatory role in female reproductive function and corresponds to the "kidney-

Tiangui

-thoroughfare and conception vessels-uterus" axis in traditional Chinese medicine. Scalp acupuncture combined with abdominal acupuncture can act synergistically on the upstream， middle， and downstream components of the HPO axis， thereby exerting an overall regulatory effect on neuroendocrine and reproductive functions. This therapy can be used to treat infertility caused by ovula

tory disorders， luteal phase deficiency， and thin endometrium.
