摘要

下肢静脉性溃疡是慢性静脉功能不全最严重的临床表现，属于中医学“臁疮”范畴，具有病程长、易复发、难愈合等特点。中医药通过多途径、多靶点干预，在促进溃疡愈合、减轻症状、降低复发率及提高患者生活质量方面展现出独特优势。同时，当前研究存在辨证与操作标准化不足、高质量循证证据缺乏、作用机制研究不深等问题。

Abstract

Venous leg ulcers are the most severe clinical manifestation of chronic venous insufficiency and fall within the scope of "chronic shank ulcer" in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. They are characterized by a long disease course， high recurrence rate， and difficulty in healing. TCM， through multi-pathway and multi-target interventions， demonstrates unique advantages in promoting ulcer healing， alleviating symptoms， reducing recurrence， and improving patients' quality of life. At the same time， current research faces issues such as insufficient standardization of syndrome differentiation and clinical procedures， a lack of high-quality evidence-based studies， and limited investigation into mechanisms of action.
